1. Information Users Provide

Convrse receives information you choose to provide through account creation, profiles, workspace features, communications, uploads, and feedback.

2. Account Information

Account data includes name, username, email address, authentication identifiers, onboarding state, and account preferences.

3. Profile Information

Profiles may include a display name, biography, location, professional details, interests, links, avatar, and banner chosen by the user.

4. User-Created Content

The platform stores stories, notes, conversations, pitches, drafts, comments, messages, and other content created through its features.

5. Uploaded Files

Convrse stores files users intentionally upload, including reporting documents, images, audio, video, transcripts, and related metadata.

6. Communications and Feedback

Convrse processes direct messages, collaboration activity, support requests, feedback, reports, and related communications.

7. Technical and Usage Information

Hosting and application systems may process IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, error logs, security events, and feature interactions needed to operate and protect the service.

8. Cookies and Authentication

Supabase authentication and browser storage technologies maintain sessions and application preferences. Convrse has not implemented advertising cookies in the inspected application.

9. How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate requested features, store and organize work, enable collaboration, provide support, secure the platform, diagnose failures, enforce rules, and improve the alpha.

10. How Information May Be Disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers, at a user's direction, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

11. Service Providers

Providers process information only as needed for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, storage, and requested product functionality, subject to their terms and data practices.

12. Supabase

Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL database services, and file storage for account and platform data.

13. Vercel

Vercel hosts and delivers the Next.js application and may process request and operational information needed to provide hosting and diagnostics.

14. AI Processing

OpenAI-powered features currently analyze user-requested content, including uploaded reporting material when automated transcription or reporting analysis is initiated. Relevant content is sent to the provider only to perform that feature. Avoid submitting material you are not authorized to process through an AI service.

15. Data Retention

Information is retained while needed to operate accounts and features, meet legal or security needs, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate records. Specific retention schedules remain a developer and legal-review decision.

16. Data Security

Convrse uses access controls and provider security features intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not make unverified claims about specific encryption configurations.

17. User Choices

Users may adjust available profile, notification, privacy, and data settings and may choose what content to upload or publish.

18. Account Deletion

Account-deletion requests should be directed to [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL]. Deletion may be subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention needs.

19. Data Export

Available export tools permit certain story and workspace exports. Broader account-export requests should be directed to [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL].

20. Children's Privacy

Convrse is not intended for children under 13. Alpha participation is configured for people at least 18. The current application does not perform formal age verification.

21. United States Processing

Convrse and its providers may process information in the United States. Cross-border and regional compliance decisions require legal review as availability expands.

22. Changes to this Policy

Material changes will update the version and may require a new acknowledgment. Review this policy whenever analytics, tracking, advertising, payments, social login, AI, or other third-party integrations change.
