Convrse Terms of Use

Accessing Convrse or affirmatively accepting these Terms creates an agreement between you and [INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

The platform is intended for people at least 18 years old. It is not intended for children under 13, and Convrse does not currently perform identity or age verification.

Access is personal, limited, revocable, and subject to the Alpha Tester Agreement.

Protect credentials, promptly report suspected unauthorized use, and do not share accounts.

Use Convrse lawfully for reporting, writing, collaboration, and approved testing.

Do not harass, threaten, defraud, infringe rights, distribute malware, scrape private data, evade access controls, disrupt service, or use the platform unlawfully.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights, releases, consents, or lawful basis needed to use it.

You retain ownership of original stories, reporting, notes, interviews, photographs, recordings, documents, and pitches you upload.

You grant Convrse a limited, non-exclusive license only as reasonably needed to host, display, process, transmit, store, moderate, and back up submitted content and operate requested features.

Convrse and its licensors retain rights in legally protectable software, branding, designs, documentation, and platform materials. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

Third-party services have their own terms and practices. Convrse is not responsible for services it does not control.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTIES THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
